Coacharo is a platform that connects tennis and padel coaches with potential students in Cyprus. We provide a directory of coaches, facilitate discovery through search and filters, and display reviews and ratings.

We are a listing and discovery platform only. We do not employ coaches, arrange lessons, process payments for coaching services, or guarantee the quality of coaching services.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. Coach Listings

If you register as a coach on our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your qualifications, experience, and services
• Keep your profile information up to date
• Respond professionally to inquiries from potential students
• Not misrepresent your certifications or experience
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Cyprus

We reserve the right to remove or suspend any coach listing that violates these terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is inappropriate.

5. Featured Listings

Coaches may pay for featured placement on our platform. Featured listings are clearly marked and provide enhanced visibility. Featured status does not imply endorsement or verification of coaching quality by Coacharo.

6. Reviews and Ratings

Users may submit reviews of coaches they have worked with. By submitting a review, you agree that:

• Your review is based on genuine personal experience
• Your review is accurate and not misleading
• You will not submit fake, spam, or malicious reviews
• We may moderate, edit, or remove reviews at our discretion

Reviews are subject to moderation before publication. We do not verify the accuracy of reviews and are not responsible for their content.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Submit false or misleading information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape or collect data from our Service without permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Coacharo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By submitting content to our Service (including coach profiles, photos, and reviews), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

We do not verify the qualifications, certifications, or background of coaches listed on our platform. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging any coach's services.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COACHARO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY COACHING SERVICES ARRANGED THROUGH THE PLATFORM.

We are not responsible for any disputes between coaches and students, the quality of coaching services, or any injuries or damages that may occur during coaching sessions.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coacharo from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
