Review Policy
How we handle reviews for coaches on Coacharo.
Who can leave a review
Reviews are submitted by users who have had a coaching experience with the coach (e.g. a lesson or course). We may ask for a sign-in or email to reduce fake reviews. We do not allow coaches to submit reviews for themselves or to offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews.
Moderation
We review submissions for appropriateness and authenticity. We may reject or remove reviews that are off-topic, abusive, spam, or clearly false. We do not edit review text; we either approve the review as submitted or do not publish it. Approved reviews are displayed on the coach's profile with the reviewer's display name and the rating (communication, coaching quality, value).
Verified reviews
Where we can confirm that a review was left by someone who had a booked or completed session with the coach (e.g. through our platform or a linked booking), we may mark that review as "verified" to give users extra confidence. This is separate from coach verification (identity and legitimacy).
Disputes and removal
If a coach or user believes a review violates our policy or is inaccurate, they can contact us at hello@coacharo.com. We will consider removal only where the review breaches our guidelines or we are required to do so by law. We do not remove reviews simply because they are negative.
